This magnificent, finely furnished apartment is arranged on two floors with breathtaking sea views. Bright, spacious and welcoming, it represents an ideal accommodation for a family or a group of six people.
The apartment entrance leads to the upper floor and consists of a living room with a large glass window with wonderful views of the bay, a fireplace, a comfortable sofa bed for two people, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower cubicle.
From the upper floor, you descend to the lower floor via a 12-step staircase, consisting of a dining room with direct access to the seafront terrace, equipped with a barbecue and with a wonderful panoramic view of the gulf, the city as well as Li Galli Island, where you can enjoy pleasant meals or relax. There is also a kitchen equipped with a hob, a room with two single and joinable beds and a bathroom with shower.
From the terrace you descend to a solarium area equipped with two comfortable sun loungers and a shower.The apartment is meticulously maintained and impeccably equipped: guests will enjoy all amenities such as air conditioning, a 50” smart TV, unlimited Wi-Fi, a CD player, a washing machine, an oven, an American coffee maker, an iron and ironing board, a hairdryer, a kettle, and a toaster. Particular attention was paid to the design of the elements in line with the original 17th-century style: the white walled rooms with vaulted ceilings are connected by arches and are characterised by the typical Moorish architecture present throughout the Amalfi coast. An air conditioner is centrally located on each floor to keep the apartment cool.
Colorful Vietri tiles adorn the kitchen, bathrooms and floors.
Despite the apartment being in the middle of other neighbors, the stucco walls allow for adequate privacy from neighbors.
Positano di Sotto is a 15-minute walk (downhill) or 5-minute bus ride from the center, while a few dozen meters away are bars, grocery stores, restaurants, tobacconists, and other businesses.
Upon arrival, the amount of € 150 in cash must be paid for cleaning costs, the set of sheets and towels, wifi and assistance during your stay.
The apartment is pet-friendly, small pets are allowed and there is a cleaning fee of € 30.
In the Municipality of Positano, the tourist tax is applied from April 1st to October 31st, payable upon check-in, equal to € 2.50 per person per day, and children up to 10 years old are exempt.
